Position Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Akron, Ohio
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Schedule:
- Mid Shift: 2x8 Hours (03:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Day Shift: 2x12 Hours (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires flexibility to work mixed shifts and support multiple facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status
- Operate and manage ventilators and related respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Float to other affiliated facilities as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- CRT or RRT credential accepted
Education
- Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist License (required at time of submission)
- NBRC Certification
- AHA BLS Certification
