Production Workers Needed - $16 - $18 (DOE)

• Pipe Plant
• Inlets
• Septic Production (2 openings)
• Manhole Curbs
• Manhole Builders (2 openings)

• Support the manufacturing of precast concrete products from start to finish
• Build and assemble forms; produce pipes, septic tanks, manholes, and related components
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Follow written production directions and shop instructions
• Measure, assemble, finish, and perform quality checks on every piece
• Load, move, and stage materials to keep workflow steady
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Work efficiently in outdoor/weather conditions as needed
• Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Organize the warehouse and move materials to where they are needed
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
• Maintain inventory accuracy and staging areas
• Replenish the line and support the production crew’s material needs
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as required

• At least 1 year of recent experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or outdoor warehouse work
• Stamina to excel in a physically demanding setting
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
