As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our rehabilitation centers run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Scheduler at Carlton Shores Health and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating schedules for patients, therapists, and medical staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
Scheduling appointments and treatments for patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences
Managing patient waitlists and ensuring timely communication with patients and families
Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Must have a CNA license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling software
