Position Summary:
The FOH Manager plays a key leadership role overseeing daily service, managing and developing staff, and ensuring that every guest leaves happier than they arrived. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver outstanding hospitality
  
  
• Oversee daily operations: service flow, floor management, and guest relations
  
  
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold brand standards
  
  
• Manage scheduling, labor, and service performance goals
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the dining room and bar areas
  
  
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace
  
  
• Collaborate with the culinary and leadership teams to execute seamless service
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure
  
  
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  
  
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
  
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
