As a File Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining organized and efficient record-keeping systems for our nursery. • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Sort and file documents accurately and efficiently
• Retrieve and distribute files as needed
• Create and update records as required
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all files
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
