Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments virtually & in-person, and identify customer needs through needs-based conversations
  • Present and educate customers personalized options based upon prospective client needs and goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Willing to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (company assistance provided)
  • Desire to work in fast paced, high energy, team environment
  • Positive, Can-do Attitude, Coachable
