Schedule: Full Time | 36 hours per week | 6:30pm -7:00am | No Scheduling Mandation
Pay Range: Pay range: $22.41 - $26.21/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00

What You’ll Do in This Role:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support Mealtime– Help (residents or participants) enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
  • Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
  • Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
  • Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
  • Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
  • Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
  • Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification (a must!)
  • Experience caring for the elderly? Awesome! If not, we’ll teach you.
  • The ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions like a pro.
  • A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push, and pull as needed.
