• Day and Night shifts available: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and regular days off
• Night shift differential: $1.25/hour

You’ll arrive ready to own your production line—from precise machine setup through efficient packaging runs—using SOPs and HMI interfaces to keep everything on spec. When a hiccup appears, you and your teammates troubleshoot fast, lean into problem-solving, and restore flow. Throughout the shift, you’ll apply Lean Manufacturing principles, uphold safety, and maintain a spotless, organized work area.

• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver consistent, high-quality output
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methods to reduce waste and elevate efficiency
• Perform precise machine setups to optimize safety and performance
• Operate and care for packaging equipment to ensure accurate, efficient packing
• Use HMI interfaces to control, monitor, and adjust production processes
• Partner across the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Keep a clean, compliant, and safety-first work environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Solid shop math ability for accurate measurement and calculation
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interaction
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and HMI systems
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and quality focus
