Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical and engineering transformation projects, identify areas for improvement in plastic injection molding processes and recommend solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field and 3 years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience with/in: injection molding and/or automated assembly processes, including pick-and-place, auto-screwdriving, heat staking, glue dispensing, air leakage testing, and End-Of-Line (EOL) testing, leading Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for automated assembly, defining Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements, and performing tolerance stack-up analysis; AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS for product design analysis and fixture/tooling design; and experience coordinating with external stakeholders and managing project requirements.
