Rational 360 is seeking a Designer who delivers consistent, high-quality execution and demonstrates a strong command of both creative and technical requirements. This role is responsible for producing thoughtful, well-crafted visual work with minimal need for rework, ensuring deliverables meet established brand standards and project objectives from the outset. The Designer brings a solid understanding of digital formats and platform constraints, balancing creative vision with technical precision. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to execute efficiently across a range of projects.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Build client-ready creative across key formats, including:

• Digital ads

• Print ads

• Web pages and small sites

• One-pagers and digital collateral

• Social templates

• Presentation layouts

• Logo development

• Follow best practices for accessibility, legibility, and platform requirements

• Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately

• Collaborate with Creative Director and Senior Designers on execution

Qualifications 

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, communications, or public affairs environment.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong typography, and high-quality visual execution across digital and print formats.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and presentation design platforms.

• Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems while adapting them across multiple campaign needs.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary range for this role is 68,000 to 80,000 USD annually
