University of Texas at Austin is a not-for-profit organization owned by the students and faculty at UT Austin since 1896.
• Address any worries or complaints of a customer and work to resolve issue in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process web and in-store orders on Celerant system regarding any graduation merchandise for customer orders
• Showcase graduation announcements and sell graduation packages during sale to patrons for a revenue of $87K over three days
• Train five new employees in clerical and customer service duties for the Graduation Fair

Private Employer – Nanny and Tutor; The Woodlands, Texas September 2015 – May 2016
• Planned and constructed after school activities for children and entertained with creative projects
• Educated children in subjects of math and reading in addition to assisting with homework consequently raising overall grades
• Managed the safe and prompt transport of the children home from school and to extracurriculars for everyday activities

The Woodlands Township – Lifeguard; The Woodlands, Texas Summer 2015
• Oversaw and checked chlorine levels to ensure a safe and chemically balanced swimming pool
• Excelled in CPR and First Aid in order to protect and help injured patrons
• Supervised and assisted approximately 100 patrons a day by upholding pool rules and providing safety to the environment
