Skills and Duties: My job at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill consisted of using a cash register, stocking food and other items, cleaning the store and bathrooms, and closing up the store. I am a very friendly person and get along great with other people.

Skills and Duties: When I first began at Rick’s I was waiting tables and making pizza in the Pizzeria. Then I moved into the ice cream parlour and was scooping ice cream and maintaining the ice cream shop. I scooped hard serve ice cream as well as making sundaes and ice cream floats and using and cleaning the soft serve machine.

Skills and Duties: At the Bridges I was a lifeguard and swim instructor. I am also certified in CPR, First Aid, and was trained how to use an AED. Working at the Bridges, made me really great at working with people. I taught group and private lessons and had to plan out lessons plans in advance. I worked with people from all ages between two and up to thirty.
Interests:
During High School, I worked on the school newspaper. I wrote articles, took pictures and even worked on layout. This year, I plan to work on The Saint (St Andrew’s university newspaper). I was also Captain of my high school varsity alpine ski team my last year of high school and participated all four years. I’m very interested in languages. I took Arabic last year and am currently taking an evening French language course. I am also very interested in the environment and sustainability. I take Sustainable Development along with my major course of International Relations and I am currently second year representative of Sustainable Development society. I am also looking into some doing community work, such as planting a community garden and cleaning up beaches. Lastly, I am a member of the International Political Association at St Andrews and am interested in working for the government after graduation.
