What makes me a unique nanny is the many ways I can contribute to your family. Not only am I the person who will make sure your children get to the places they need to be or get done the things they need to get done, but I am the nanny that will work with you to build the character and life skills of your children as they develop as students, teammates and family members.
I started babysitting for families in my neighborhood at age 11, and the past twelve years have been marked with countless days of babysitting, 5 years of teaching vacation bible school classes, 2 years of working for the City of Irvine’s after school program and summer camps, and four years of mentoring junior highers through my church.
A broad knowledge of games, songs, activities and crafts
Experience as a homework tutor
A love for healthy cooking and snacking
Care for a variety of children and ages
An awareness of First Aid and child CPR
A nanny has the opportunity to be consistent in a child’s life, to come along side the good work of their parents and offer assistance that makes the vital time the children and their parents get to spend together all the more precious. I have an obvious love for children and their capacity for joy and I feel that my maternal personality is best utilized as a nanny.
