About the Job with Clasilistados

We are looking for people who are dynamic, self-driven, creative & resourceful, as this is a startup, which offers an extremely competitive commission structure.
In this position, you will be selling vehicle and job subscriptions as well as bringing in taylor made advertising offers that eventual customers ask for.
Even though Clasilistados is a new start-up, our average salespeople who are dedicated are already making an extremely decent income. We also predict that as the company grows and gets more popular than now, compensation will keep escalating. We are offering a split of 50% of all of what is sold.

Responsibilities

You will be requested to create new business, maintain existing accounts and in certain states, some of our reps have even started to recruit more salespeople; however, this is something we are exploring from case to case depending on milestones and manageability.

Qualifications

*Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills (English is a must, bi-lingual is a plus) Being Bilingual in Spanish-English is a great advantage but it is not mandatory
* Highly motivated Experienced Sales Representative: Extremely desirable, but we are open to hearing why we should invite you to work with us if you have no experience in this field. We are open in this point simply because due to the high amount of unemployed people we know that many candidates will be seeking for new career paths and we are willing to give everybody the same opportunity.
* Cold calling should not intimidate you as you have great phone skills. Follow through and perseverance. If you decide not to visit customers in the field, we expect you to make at least 50 calls per day. You should be detail oriented, well organized, punctual, and must keep up to date records on accounts and opportunities.
*Book of Business is a plus; otherwise, you will have to build your own. We need someone who can create no less than 20 deals on the every month so to make great money doing it. Experience in Outside Sales is Beneficial
