Cover Letter:
I am an extremely passionate, hard working, individual looking to obtain a career in a creative media technology field that I can not only thrive in but go beyond what the typical responsibilities entailed. The creative technology industry has fueled my enthusiasm to learn and propelled the direction of my education.
Throughout my higher education I decided to become extremely proficient in all aspects of digital media design (web, graphic, animation, video editing, social media) so that I would be able to combine all of the technologies and techniques together offering an extremely valuable perspective on how to integrate work-flows processes together.
My diverse and intense academic, professional, and leadership experiences would make me a valuable asset to a range of productions. I have previously held positions in teaching creative design software at my University which are usually reserved for graduate students. This was made possible from my extensive prior professional experience as a graphic designer and web developer, and also from my excellent academic standing.
I have full confidence that I would excel as a designer and am willing to take an entry level position to show that I have not only the technical skills and experience to execute work successfully, but also go beyond the given responsibilities.
My resume is attached for your review. I also have a copy of it along with my portfolio at www.JamesMK.com. I am enthusiastic about the position and look forward to meeting with you. I will be in contact with you within the week. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
James Khatiblou
