I\'m a recent grad from UCSB majored in Global Studies in case you\'re curious (most families ask ). I just moved back to the area from Santa Barbara, and am currently living in Rocklin and am looking for a wonderful new family to work for, and you guys sound great! I recently worked for a loving and wonderful family that moved back to Canada (they had a house in SB & Canada), and i just moved to Rocklin myself.

I have over 8 years of experience working with kids of all ages, but i prefer working with children your kids\' ages because of their interests (i played many sports & am an active babysitter), and i truly enjoy those heart-to-heart conversations and love being a good role model for them. Based on my level of experience, i\'m extremely familiar with family dynamics, schedules (and their changes also), routines, activities and needs, and love helping out wherever i can. I take pride in what i do, and kids are my passion in life.

I\'m super outgoing, fun-loving, honest, caring, have a sense of humor, am educated, love the outdoors, played nearly every sport, enjoy the river, hikes, going to the lake, zoo, parks, love yoga, exercise and health is important to me also. I place a high importance on keeping the place clean (ha ha- a little OCD actually ;)) and try to tech the kids to clean after themselves also whenever possible. I\'m GREAT with homework help and am very used to that whole routine and making sure the kids have everything they need before we leave the house (familiar w/sports equip., etc.), making sure snacks are packed, etc. and am great with cooking light meals, any errands you may need help with, etc. I also don\'t mind watching more kids if they have a play date, etc., pick-ups and drop-offs, getting clothes ready for the next day, or anything else you may need help with.

I love every minute of my job, have great relationships with the families i\'ve worked for, and love animals too- i had a mini-farm back in Santa Barbara actually - had 14 finches, 2 white belly tree frogs, 7 fish, and 2 dogs (had no way to transport everything to Sac so my ex has them), but still have my dogs of course. I also have a clean car, clean background, clean DL, reg., ins. and all that fun stuff, and wonderful references, so please feel free to call my cell if this sounds like it could work out, and i would love to meet the fam.!!!!
