MCG is looking for part time Demonstrators to launch a toy demonstration flight mission in retail mall locations across the US. Have you ever dreamed of being a Helicopter Pilot? We are looking for reliable people with good eye-hand coordination and an inclination to playing games or with remote controls. Much practice and patience is required. Here’s what it takes to join our Helicopter Pilot team…
WE WANT YOU! ~ MCG Remote Control Helicopter Pilots are able to EARN extra $$$$ through incentives for completion events PLUS you will have a chance to EARN additional $$$$ through weekly selling goals.

WHEN DO WE FLY? Demonstration Flight Itinerary ~ Dates/Times:

It’s all about the weekends…

October -November 2011
• Saturdays 11am - 5pm
• Sundays 11am - 4pm

December 2011
• Fridays 11am-4pm
• Saturdays 11am - 5pm
• Sundays 11am - 4pm



A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PILOT/HELICOPTER DEMONSTRATOR ~ Responsibilities:

• Fly a remote control toy helicopter and promote product sales in department store environment
• Engage and educate the customers and sales associates on the helicopter’s features
• Approach customers, encourage them to watch the demonstration and purchase item
• Mission accomplished~ Close the sale!
• Execute your flight assignment~ Meet and exceed weekly selling goals
• Debrief~ Report flight results daily on an online survey

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? ~ Pilot Job Requirements and Qualifications
• Selling/retail experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Knowledge & experience in remote control hobby items a plus
• Prior demonstrating experience a plus
• Must be able to transport provided supplies
• Must have good hand-eye coordination
• Photo capability
