RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• Provide administrative support and perform general office duties such as process daily incoming and outgoing mail, file, fax, copy, scan and prepare outgoing deliveries and pickup (FedEx, UPS, Pronto).
• Support staff by coordinating and scheduling meetings including preparing and distributing agenda with appropriate attachments and presentation material.
• Timely processing of invoices for payment, reports, correspondence, client records and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, charts and database.
• Greet and confer with customers via in person or telephone with excellent communication skills to provide information about services, schedule appointments or direct to the correct staff.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions as well as detailed records of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
• Monitor supplies and inventory regularly ordering supplies, examine deliveries and distribute appropriately.
• Responsible to maintain, repair or reload postage meter, office equipment and copiers.
• Create and maintain printed materials inventory of forms, letterhead, envelopes and business cards.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily workflow to achieve work place effectiveness.
• Effective management of programs, people and projects with increasingly successful results.
• Maintain confidential records, secure key inventory, file cabinets and office.
• Implement and coordinate office procedures, policies and practices.
• Provide support for negotiating employment contracts and legal disputes familiar with legal language.
• Meet and execute goals, objectives and strategies.
