Photo retoucher with five years of experience working with Photoshop (currently using the latest edition, PS CS5). I can retouch any image - I mostly work with high-resolution digital images, but yes, even cell phone pictures can be improved. Retouch can be as minimal as simply improving lighting and color, on up through skin smoothing, flyaway removal, shadow reduction, digital makeup, changing the color of objects, all the way to overall artistic / creative enhancement of a photo that you know has real potential. Rates are very reasonable and depend on what changes client needs and requests. Turnaround time is 2-3 days. Rush turnaround (under 24 hours) available on request. (Note: Samples in the photos are edits I've done on my own photos, as I also do photography)
