I feel that my strong customer service, sales and fashion knowledge would make me a great fit for a position in the Fashion Industry. As a marketing and sales assistant, it is my job to keep up on all the social media aspects of the company; Facebook, Twitter, Blog, etc. Also I assist in sales and strive to drive sales for the retail space in our facility. I work with vendors, as well as prepping for upcoming trade shows as well as shipping and making sure the brand has a good image.

As a sales associate, it was my job to work with customers on a one on one basis. I worked on a commission-based structure and was able to meet and exceed expected sales goals that were set. Worked with personal book, and built customer relationships with them and kept them up to date with new products, sales, etc.

As an office manager it is my job to answer phone calls, and take messages. Create invoices for customer orders and file customer files into their indicated folders. I also make sure the office and showroom is kept clean and organized.

As a sales associate it was my job to learn all the products available in the store. I offered this knowledge to customers and recommend the best products to suit their needs. I rang up customers purchases as well as inventoried and stocked the store with new product. I worked closely with the owners and other staff to merchandise the store so it always looked great and sold the most product. I consistently met and exceeded my sales goals.
Aug. 08-Feb. 09 Receptionist, David Douglas Salon and Spa
As the receptionist I was the first impression for our clients. I greeted all clients with enthusiasm and assisted in making their appointment successful. I booked all appointments for the salon staff of 15 stylists, as well as confirmed and rescheduled the appointments when necessary. I assisted in keeping the salon orderly and clean.
