Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We are a busy office located in Tustin CA. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, and can take on any challenge.
Essential Duties:
- Greet and Assist Clients, Vendors, and guests
- Answer and route multi phone line
- Copy and Filing as needed
- Assist with special projects and reporting
- Create and track shipments and mailing
- Order Office supplies
- other general office duties
Qualifications:
- Work well with others and will be able to multitask.
- Great customer service and be able to handle high volume of calls.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous receptionist and or admin assistant experience (Preferred but not required)
- Detail Oriented
- Friendly and respectful demeanor
- Bilingual a plus
- High School Diploma or higher
Ideal candidate will be punctual; on time from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. (Full Time Only) and maintain a team player attitude at all times.
A thorough background check will be conducted. Training will be provided.
