Recruited by Vice-President at the Royal Bank of Canada, responsibilities included training new hires on Fund protocol and trading philosophy.
• Created trading protocols, implementing trader education and infrastructure for teaching and presenting material to the Principals of the Fund.
• Culled derivative data to profit from emerging trends.
• Worked one-on-one with CEO, generating alpha by trading around long-term positions.
• Managed all positions for the CEO, performing all tasks required of an executions trader, including beating the VWAP.
• Mastered other investment vehicles, including spreads, options, and baskets of stocks and technical intraday trader who maximized profits and minimized losses in a Long-Short Fund.
