I have worked as a babysitter for many local families for the last 5 or so years; and have a lot of hands on experience from taking care of my 3 younger brothers. All boys - ages 8, & twin boys that are now 6. Living with them sure has taught me a LOT! I have been gaining childcare experience for 8 + years. My most recent endeavor has been helping a friend with her 5 month old son for occasional babysitting & as a mothers helper, occasional babysitting a family with 4 children (ages 13, 10, 7, & 4), and temporarily babysitting a 2 month old little boy in Lowell, MA.
I have completed 2 years of college (one at NHTI in Concord, and one at Houghton College in western NY), and now have a completed art minor/psychology minor and have also taken 6 credits towards my new Early Childhood Education major. I have also worked as an assistant leader at the lakes region Boys and Girls Club caring for up to twenty children ages 5+ at one time, as well as a youth leader at my church for the past 2 years for high schoolers leading occasional bible studies and mentoring high school girls. I would like to complete my degree slowly while taking online classes and/or night classes so that I can be working full time and school will not interfere with work, but still getting the necessary classes done.
I have had my driver's license for 4.5 years and have a clean record.

I am very active, and love being outdoors. I have played softball since I was 6 years old. I love hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, any sports, and most anything that is active. I also love anything and everything about art, more specifically photography. I also tend to take my drawing pencils with me everywhere : )
I have always enjoyed working with children, taking my responsibilities very seriously and I would like to assure you of my honesty and integrity. At this point I am not CPR certified, but for the right family I am willing to take classes to be certified, and I have taken a class in college for first aid.
