CHS has an opening for a full time licensed physical therapist and licensed physical therapy assistant in Smyrna, TN in the onsite rehab center in a manufacturing setting. Strong orthopedic background a plus. Hours are primarily on day shift, sharing with 2 other FT therapists to cover hours of operation between 5am and 6pm Monday thru Friday.
SCOPE:
Responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability by performing the following duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Position requires a licensed physical therapist certification and prefer with 1-2 years of clinical experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
