• Manage full lifecycle of insurance business tasks including quote generation, developing marketing materials, vetting prospective clients, documenting policy information, invoicing and managing accounts receivables.

• Gather claims history of customers’ policies that are up for renewal. Generate loss runs from different Carriers to Market so they have the underwriting information on which to calculate their renewal quotes.
• Generate Marketing Proposals - Organize quotes, coverage, deductible, premiums, etc. for renewal into a format that makes it easy for clients to understand what will be covered, associated costs, etc. Send completed Proposals to Marketing department for use by Sales department.
• Run MVR (Motor Vehicle Reports) on new drivers to ensure that they are in good standing so that they can be added to commercial auto policies.
• Create Policy Renewal Documentation - Upon policy renewal, aggregate, print out /bind coverage information into a book to be sent to each client for his records.
• Update Customer Relationship Management System with information about new business brought into the agency.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and process in agency software program. Issue Certificate Masters and issue to customer with policy.
• Manage Accounts Receivables - Document all policies and invoices in Internal (AFW) System. Navigate Carrier websites to keep track of payment and nonpayment of policies and send payment reminders. Advise Account Managers of potential delinquencies so they can contact clients about nonpayment.
