• Racial and Cultural Diversity, Little Rock, AR (July 2011-May 2012)
-Assisted in abolishing discrimination through policy recommendations, educational venues, diversity training, and statistical measures that further reiterated needs for policy changes. Constructed a new application for Board and Commission applicants, which streamlined the process to avoid a decadency in the applicant pool—as well as increase diversity. Convened with the Diversity Program manager and Program Assistant to advocate the year-long acceptance of applicants. Our staff recommendations were delegated by the Racial and Cultural Diversity Commission.
