Customer Service/Cashier: During my time at Williams-Sonoma, I was able to enhance my multi-tasking skills while I performed customer service needs to several customers, answered phones, and kept up with customer check out. This position taught me essential skills in dealing with different personality types.

Dakota Events LLC Las Vegas, Nevada October 2009 – Present
Greeter/Session Scanner: The first person a guest interacts with can influence the perception he or she has of a company. During my time as a greeter with Dakota Events, I represented the company in a personable and professional manner. Although my employment only lasts as long as the duration of the conventions, I am continually asked back for future events.

Williams-Sonoma Inc. Las Vegas, Nevada October 2007 – January 2008
Customer Service/Gift Wrap: This seasonal position was a brief introduction that taught me how to interact with occasionally demanding customers while preserving a professional conduct. Having established my credibility as a proficient employee at the mere age of sixteen, I was invited back shortly after.
