Caseload consisted of 65+ individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Traumatic Brain Injury. Ensured that personal, social, and vocational needs, as related by clients and their supports, were identified, assessed, and implemented. First responder for medical and behavioral emergencies. Directly supervised Training Specialists in adult training areas. Responsibilities included: training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems; managing 10+ staff and maintaining time cards and leave time. Direct liaisons between a school's student affairs administration and its student body. Demonstrate leadership training, management skills, student advising of all areas and community involvement. Assisted in the supervision and provided support to students both academically and in the dorms or outside of class. Patrolled a residence hall to ensure that any maintenance or facilities-related issues are addressed, that institutional policies are being observed, and generally to ensure that the residence hall is an environment supportive of the educational pursuits of the students.
