EXPERIENCE
JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER, DEPARTMENT JUVENILE JUSTICE, April 2003 to May 2010. Duties: Provide social services to assist in rehabilitation of juvenile law offenders in custody or on probation or parole. Make recommendations for actions involving formulation of rehabilitation plan and treatment of offender, including conditional release and education and employment stipulations. Monitor probation and committed cases and prepare documentation supporting the offender’s progress or lack thereof.
BEHAVIOR ANAYLST, "CAN DO" HOGAN-SPRING GLEN ELEMENTARY and JUSTINA ROAD ELEMENTARY, November 1999 to March 2002. Duties: Develop behavior and treatment plans for "At Risk" clients between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. Behavior Contracts are prepared in collaboration with the clients, parents, and teachers. A token economy system with incentive based reinforces are utilized. Facilitates small groups on anger management and developing age appropriate social skills. Provide crisis intervention services for all students. Maintain weekly progress notes, monthly documentation and quarterly reports for behavioral interventions.
