• As this non-profit organization strives to “Bring the worlds wounds before the public eye,” OAC focus’ on everything ocean, especially issues not widely addressed today. As the OAC Event Coordinator and Artist Relations Director, I voluntarily helped organize and execute events such as “Paddle Against Plastic,” Art for Awareness,” and “Art on the Move,” helping to raise not only general awareness of the organization and their purpose, but also funds to be used towards the Algalita Marine Research Foundation.
Classic Touch Events, Wedding/Event Coordinator, Riverside, CA

• As a wedding coordinator throughout Southern California, Classic Touch Events makes sure to give each couple their dream wedding, while making it as easy as possible for the bride and groom every step of the way. With different package and upgrade choices available, CTE aims to match each couples personality with a variety of vendors and options, giving them exactly what they want for their special day. As a wedding coordinator for Classic Touch Events, I oversee the entire wedding planning process for the couple from start to finish. I also make and attend appointments for the bride and groom when necessary and do anything else they might need to make their dream wedding become a reality.

• Rayce PR and Marketing offers a variety of Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media support for a wide range of companies throughout Southern California. Alongside the Public Relations and Social Media Director, I assist in writing press releases, oversee numerous company’s websites, blogs, Twitter’s, and Facebook’s, etc…, and also submit their work to different media outlets for possible publication and pick-up opportunities.

• As the Marketing Coordinator for Aroma Stones Essential Therapy, I stand behind and promote therapeutic vaporizer\'s that produce a light aromatic fragrance for hours without using the traditional method of burning oils. I market and advertise, most frequently to aroma therapists and spas, for both the vaporizers themselves, as well as a large amount of oils and blends to be used as aromatherapy within the vaporizers.

• As both a floral design studio as well as an event coordination company, the consultants at Petals by Xavi coordinate specific weddings and events down to every detail as well as incorporate the floral design aspect into each while keeping each couples budget in mind at all times. I was three to plan and execute each detail from coordination to floral needs.

• Alongside the Event Coordinator, I was responsible for planning Chamber events from start to finish. Additionally, there were daily emails and phone calls to keep up with the planning and execution of each and every event. There were sales goals that needed to be met for each event to be successful, as the non-profit organization would look for special organizations to help sponsor mixers and galas each month. I also worked alongside the Marketing Director, helping to write and format weekly newsletters and meetings on a regular basis.

• As a food server at Tortilla Grille, I did whatever was needed to keep my customers returning. The restaurant was a small and family-owned, therefore, each returning customer was extremely important. As a customer’s satisfaction is the number one priority, I did anything possible to make sure each table was happy and full of food they would come back for before leaving the restaurant each day.
