I quickly achieved higher ranks and was charged greater amounts of responsibilities. I was the team leader for the on board firefighting squad where I learned how to control volatile situations, take charge, assess and coordinate my team to maximize safety at the same time expertly subdue whatever threat. This type of training helped me develop problem solving skills such as the ability to supply concise, accurate information consistently and to prioritize tasks and challenges positively which results in the successful completion of company goals and objectives.
