Information Technology Director
Ran the IT department for a company as it started a new Access front end and SQL backend database. Maintained the database, updated, and fixed system errors as they occurred, also created new queries and reports.
* Installed all the software programs on every new computer the company brought in. With all new computers, also set up the IP addresses and got them connected to the server and network.
* Trained all staff on the new database. This training was done in both Spanish and English. Many of the people had little computer experience.
