Marketing Manager
· Responsible for sending out all collateral and mailing pieces to each guest as well as a confirmation email. Net volume in 2002 was $23,365,295 and by 2010 it had grown to $49,153,310.
· Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices
· Responsible for implementing systems to accurately provide the best customer service for approximately 13,000 touring guests a year
· Manage daily financial audits and reports for the Executive Team
· Conceptualized a new packaging strategy for our confirmation packets that saved the company $4.52 per packet; approximately $54,240 per year
· Responsible for negotiation, completion and submission of all contracts with all vendors and lodging properties in Breckenridge and maintain positive lasting relationships with vendors, front desks, billing and receiving departments
· Track and manage $3,000,000 in room inventory for the year while not over purchasing units and pre-selling upgrades to save the company close to $10,000 a year
· Control tour flow accurately on a daily basis for approximately 50 preview tours a day
· Independently implemented an aggressive training program to streamline all Admin employees to provide excellent customer service and in turn lowered turnover rate tremendously. Instrumental in the development of systems, training, and financials over the years so that the Executive team could visualize company growth.
· Educated staff of 8 direct reports to successfully diffuse volatile customers and assisted with emergencies in a calm manner despite a high level of urgency

Premium Auditor
· Responsible for Auditing gifts given to each upcoming touring guest, follow up with the manager if the premium was too high, and report to the Executive Team if we were over the $150 budget per guest
· Supported the Marketing Administration Manager by organizing guests itineraries, fulfilling information requests and completing other duties in a timely manner
· Implemented the Merchant program, a town wide incentive program that involved more than 85 businesses
o Organized hard contracts with each Merchant involved and managed vendors and merchant satisfaction
