• Working at Catherine Rooney’s has been very fun and rewarding so far. It is a very popular and busy place on the weekends. I sometimes work very long shifts, so I always make sure to keep my energy up and my attitude positive while at work.

• There was a very intimate and friendly atmosphere at Blue Water. We had a lot of regular customers that I enjoyed getting to know while also doing my job successfully. This was my first time bartending so I had to learn how to make various drinks and be attentive and talkative with the customers at the bar. Sometimes I would have to be both a server and the bartender, so I had to learn to effectively multitask.

I also organized the office and schedule as stacks manager.

• Iron Hill was the first place I worked as a server and it ended up being a very challenging but rewarding place to learn. Working in a brewery, the servers must have an extensive knowledge of all the different beers and what sets them apart from each other, as well as know a lot about the food menu.
