Responsibilities Includes:
• Plan sound strategies for organizational activities relating to different departments like finance, marketing, research, human resource, considering the availability of resources and the goals of the organization
• Responsible for generating innovative plans to increase the productivity of the organization
• Forecast difficulties and challenges in execution of activities and make reservations in advance.

Accomplishments
• While working for Prime Therapeutics, I have received the utmost respect and appreciation from both internal and external customers for understanding their needs and enhancing their existing application(s). For the Business Unit, I created and implemented a Production Reporting Database (Access) for all departments. Met with Mgmt beforehand to get their opinions on what they wanted to see. Supervisors and Managers are able to use the reports received to counsel their employees who are not meeting departmental goals (Company Savings of $20K).
