• Serve as an assistant teacher aiding in overseeing children, preparing daily activities assigned by the teacher, assuring activities were carried out properly, and cleaning up learning centers at the end of each day.

• Use positive statements in guiding children, redirect undesirable activity, use a calm and confident mannerism when working with children, and problem solving techniques when conflict arises between children.
North Texas Therapy & Home Care- Observational Internship 06/10-07/10
• Observe a licensed Speech Language Pathologist during speech therapy sessions performed both in the clinic setting as well as off-site in patient homes.
• Examine various technical and practical interventions used in speech therapy in patients ranging from age two to eight.
