After participating in a service learning portion of my Developmental Psychology class I decided to return to the program the following semester and volunteer. As a volunteer I play with the children, read to them, help with arts and crafts projects, and help teach them to read and learn English.

Volunteer at cat and dog shelter affiliated with Fairfield University. Duties range from walking dogs, bathing and feeding cats and dogs, volunteering at adoption fairs, as well as photographing animals for brochures.
