Open HeARTS, Inc. is a nonprofit organization within the Greater Boston area. Open HeARTS strives to create a platform where developing artists and professionals are able to collaborate, creating meaningful work within the community. This organization provides ample opportunities for artists to develop an active role within their community setting. Through theatrical productions, fashion events, gallery events, development of new work, fundraising, and charitable donations, among many others, Open HeARTS, Inc., continues to reach out to its local communities offering numerous opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and charitable giving. We are currently looking for an INTERN to assist us with:
-Obtaining gift bag items for our event (s)
-Obtaining donations for any silent auction or raffle we will hold
-Keep track of our "INFO" email (forwarding emails to proper persons)
-Assisting board with other small tasks (will involve emailing)
-GREAT time management and organization
-Must be experienced with Word and Excell
We will require the INTERN to CC all emails sent to assure work accuracy. Will be able to work from home. We have meetings once a month, and will give notice. Please do your best to attend.
This is a NONPAID position. If you are looking for experience/resume building then we want you! If you need school credit, we are happy to write it off for you (must log hours worked).
Position will be a minimum of 3 months (always room for growth)
