• Served as an intern under Idaho’s Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Luna. Created news releases, media alerts,
FAQ sheets, Blogs and newsletters.
• Created an e- newsletter for the Department of Education that was sent to all Idaho educators. The newsletter is used as
a communication tool between the Department of Education and Idaho educators.

KBOI Channel 2 News Student Intern – KBOI Channel 2 News, Boise, Idaho (June 2006 – August 2006)
• Shadowed reporters and news anchors.
• Spent time filming, creating a segment, editing tapes, choosing music and media programs and worked as the lead
anchor. Created 30 minute television segment on “Young Entrepreneurs in the Boise area”. Segment aired on Sunday
morning talk show.

INVOLVEMENT
• Youth Softball Coach – Middleton, ID, (Summer 2007, 2008): Coached and mentored U-10 and U-14 GALS
softball teams.
• Pi Beta Phi Sorority – University of Idaho, (Fall 2007 – Spring 2011): Held leadership positions: Arrowboard
