In 2004 was selected as an intern for a character building initiative focused on uniting and defining the character of high and elementary school students. Spoke to students at several events one whose keynote speaker was Dr. Ben Carson. Since the original campaign the ASF has now stretched to over 10 schools in the Maryland Area.

Super Teen After School Program
In 2002 participated in a rally geared towards retaining funding for after school programs for the Maryland area. As a member of a program geared towards teens involved in tragic and turbulent family situations I.e. domestic violence; was chosen to speak in front of Gov. Ehrlich and Lt. Gov. Steele and the Maryland Fiscal Budgeting Committee on the importance of after school programs which help lead to additional funding the following year.
Human Ecology; Fashion Merchandising Departmental Fashion Shows
As “Mr. Human Ecology” Spokesmodel for the fashion merchandising dept. of the University of MD Eastern Shore I hosted, designs, promoted, advertised, and executed over 23 fashion shows and talent shows.
